How can a bass guitar possibly make an interesting logo? In talking this through, the client let me know he did not want a traditional Tejano style logo using the accordion or a microphone. I set out to study the different musical instruments of Tejano and found the bass guitar. Like I stated earlier, how do you make that interesting? After studying the lines and curves of the guitar, I discovered the instrument could indeed make the T and S of the logo while still holding true to the instrument's traditional shape. Staying with that theme, I set a pick behind the logo to encase the city of Abilene's skyline.
